Strong Women, Strong Bones

The Strong Women Program was developed by Miriam Nelson, PhD, an associate professor at the School of Nutrition and Policy at Tufts University in Boston. The program is based on years of research on how strength training and proper nutrition improves the health of women of all ages. The program is appropriate for both active and sedentary women ages 40 to 70 years of age.

This program is taught by Tim Daley on Mondays and Wednesdays.

We offer two classes:
Morning class from 7:00am to 8:00am
Evening class 6:30pm to 7:30pm
